MUSTANGS SUMMER SPEED AND AGILITY CAMP

 

Start: Wednesday July 7th

End: August 13th

 

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

 

Oldham School Athletic Field

 

Schedule:

Time Slot Team Assignment

7:30-9:00 Girls Soccer (all levels)

8:30-10:00 Field Hockey (all levels)

9:30-11:00 Swimming/Boys Soccer/Freshman

Football

10:30-12:00 Cheerleading/Cross Country

Girls Volleyball

 

*All sessions will be developed, implemented and supervised by

Bob Barksdale, MS, PT, ATC, CSCS, PES

 

*Each session will have at least (3) certified Strength and

Conditioning Specialists provided by Marathon Physical

Therapy and Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Staff to

maximize safety and performance outcome.

 

*Training sessions will include:

Dynamic warm up

Speed, agility and/or quickness training

Core and general body strengthening

Cool down/flexibility

 

*Each athlete is responsible for:

Appropriate dress in workout attire

Bringing water and/or food

Coordinating rides to and from training
